<p>Coughlin was charged with three counts of aggravated assault after allegedly ramming his car into another.</p><p>Wichita Falls police responded to an accident call just before 2 p.m. Wednesday on Seymour Highway near Tanglewood. When officers arrived on the scene, it was determined the wreck was intentional.</p><p>Connor Coughlin, 20, address listed in the 4300 block of Cregmont, was charged with three counts of aggravated assault after the incident.
