<p>A Phillipsburg man who stabbed another man on Sunday in town was arrested Thursday night in Easton, Phillipsburg police reported early this morning in a news release.Edward C. Fleck, 27, of the 100 block of Harris Street, was arrested about 9:17 p.m. at the Quality Inn by Easton police and the U.S. Marshal's Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force in the 100 block of South Third Street, police in Phillipsburg and Easton said.</p><p>Easton police Lt. Matthew Gerould this morning refused to go into more detail on the arrest or what led to it, deferring information to Phillipsburg police.</p><p>Fleck is charged with stabbing Troy Nelson, 26, of the first block of Harris Street, about 3 a.m. Sunday after a brief struggle which he instigated near 61 Harris St., Phillipsburg police said. Nelson was treated at St. Luke's Hospital in Phillipsburg for a stab wound in his right torso, police said.</p><p>Fleck was later spotted driving a car in the 100 block of South Main Street in Phillipsburg, but fled when officers tried to pull over the vehicle, police said.</p><p><a href="http://www.lehighvalleylive.com/phillipsburg/index.ssf/2012/10/phillipsburg_man_charged_in_st.html">Keep reading...</a></p>
