<p>At this point, we are all very familiar with server hypervisors, and even storage hypervisors, but IBM has taken hypervisors a step further in announcing its new network hypervisor, Software Defined Network for Virtual Environments (SDN VE). And why not? The concept of a hypervisor can be just as easily extended to the network as it has been to servers and storage.
