<p>If Vice President Biden is Delaware's most popular son, he might soon get a run for his money, President Obama quipped Wednesday.</p><p>At a White House ceremony honoring the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens, Obama joked to Ravens quarterback and Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco that if he keeps playing so well, "you are going to challenge Biden for the most popular person from Delaware."
