<p>Java Island has a plenty of stories from which many designers have an inspiration, including three Muslim fashion designers of D'Java show: Errin Ugaru, Kursien Karzai and Rya Baraba. The three of them took the tales of West Java, Central Java and East Java as their design backgrounds for the modern ready-to-wear collection.</p><p>Errin Ugaru opened the show with "Dames Uit Preanger". The clothes had influence from the Dutch colonization in Priangan, seen in the strong army accents. However, the collection still had a feminine look due to the soft color palettes like white, pink, peach, and baby blue.</p><p>Errin intended to point out the beauty and elegance of Priangan and Dutch young women (mojang Priangan and noni Belanda). Meanwhile, the materials used were linen and brocade with contemporary accent of copper and brass pieces.</p><p>The show continued with Zhao by Kursien Karzai.
