<p>NORTH JAVA Plans are underway to move the town offices to the former Five Star Bank branch at Route 98 and Wethersfield Road.</p><p>The building has more storage space that the existing town hall, which is running out of room for its records. It would also help bring Java Town Court's facilities up to standard.</p><p>Negotiations are continuing and an agreement has yet to be signed.</p><p>"The previous administration looked into it, but hadn't decided, so we moved and approved the proposition at our Jan. 14 meeting," said Town Supervisor Vanessa McCormick on Friday.</p><p><a href="http://thedailynewsonline.com/news/article_f45068c2-857a-11e3-9e05-001a4bcf887a.html">Keep reading...</a></p>
